The Outer and Inner World,  Opens 3.30pm Sunday the 5th of July at the Chamber Gallery, Rangiora Library, Percival Street Rangiora, Runs until the 6th of August.

Grant Banbury helped hang the exhibition on Tuesday it's looking good. There are 17 works on display.

After 10 years at the Avonside studio, I have now abandoned it to dereliction and the bulldozer. The Studio leaves behind many fond memories but it is exciting to now open up a new chapter in the book of creation.

When the universe was created, and atoms and molecules formed, colour was present. Primary colours refer to the essential, the elemental. There are millions of colours, yet they all come out of white. Perhaps to simplify life we can look at colour to help us get back to the elemental aspects of creation itself ?
